Since 1913, Dallis Coffee has imported and roasted coffees of distinctive character from all around the world. As a rule, we sell coffees we love and nothing else.

Over the years, we've forged relationships with renowned estates in many of the greatest coffee-growing counries: Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Papua New Guinea and Colombia. Our grower friends often ship us their very best coffee in exchange for the premiums we gladly pay for the "cream of their crops." The coffee we offer from these origins come to us unblended and full of the local flavor of the farms where they flourish.

Each coffee Dallis roasts is repeatedly "cupped" (taste-tested) to ensure consistent and exemplary quality. Like vintners, coffee roasters rely on this tradition of "sniffing, slurping and spitting" to find truly standout coffees from the world's great growing regions.
